From 1 July 2025, electricians and electrical contractors from other states cannot automatically be treated as registered in WA for those licences. The change affects interstate mobility, increases the need for WA-specific licensing compliance, and leaves WA’s existing licensing rules as the route to lawful practice."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
