This document lists exactly which types of payments are permitted.\n\n**The approved payments are:**\n*   **To State Housing Authorities** (government housing bodies): rent, home loan repayments (principal and interest), and other debts\n*   **To Westpac Banking Corporation specifically**: home loan repayments (principal and interest) and insurance premiums\n\n**Why it matters:**\nThis system helps veterans avoid falling behind on essential housing and banking obligations by allowing direct payment to these creditors from the veteran's compensation entitlements. It replaces previous arrangements from 2004."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/mrca-approved-classes-of-payments-determination-2015","history":"/api/acts/mrca-approved-classes-of-payments-determination-2015/history","analysis":"/api/acts/mrca-approved-classes-of-payments-determination-2015/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/mrca-approved-classes-of-payments-determination-2015/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/mrca-approved-classes-of-payments-determination-2015/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/mrca-approved-classes-of-payments-determination-2015/documents"}}
