This Declaration may be cited as Military Superannuation and Benefits Declaration No. 8.\n\n> Note: \\[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991, s 49 and Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss 46A and 48.\\]\n\nEligible members\n\n2.
