This Declaration may be cited as the Military Superannuation and Benefits Declaration No. 6.\n\n\\[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991, s. 49 and Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.\\]\n\n  \n\nEligible members\n\n2. For the purposes of paragraph (f) of the definition of “eligible member” in subsection 30 (1) of the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991, a person is an eligible member if he or she is included in an employment category set out in the Schedule.\n\n————\n\nSCHEDULE Clause 2\n\nEMPLOYMENT CATEGORIES\n\nAustralian Air Force\n\nAdvanced Aircraft Structural Fitter\n\nNon Destructive Inspection Technician\n\nAustralian Navy\n\nAviation Pilot\n\nCommunications-Signals\n\nNOTE\n\n1\\.
