This Declaration may be cited as the Military Superannuation and Benefits Declaration No. 5.\n\n> Note: \\[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991, s. 49 and Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.\\]\n\n  \nEligible member\n\n2. For the purposes of paragraph (f) of the definition of “eligible member” in subsection 30 (1) of the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991, the following person is an eligible member:\n\nE. J.
