SPECIFY for the purposes of subclause 485.231(1) of the Regulations the following qualifications that are as a result of study undertaken at Australian Qualifications Framework level seven or higher:\n\n\n \n\n(a)               Bachelor Degree;\n\n(b)               Bachelor (Honours) Degree;\n\n(c)               Masters by Coursework Degree;\n\n(d)               Masters by Research Degree;\n\n(e)               Masters (Extended) Degree and/or;\n\n(f)                Doctoral Degree.\n\n \n\nThis Instrument, IMMI 13/013, commences on 23 March 2013, immediately after the commencement of Migration Legislation Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1).\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nDated   19 March 2013\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nBRENDAN O’CONNOR\n\nMinister for Immigration and Citizenship\n","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":1549},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":1,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This instrument performs exactly the function described in its title and enabling clause—specifying which higher education qualifications satisfy visa requirements.
