(1) Regulation 1.17 of the Migration Regulations provides that the Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, specify matters required by individual provisions of the Regulations to be specified for the purposes of those provisions.\n\n(2) Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Regulations relates to public interest criteria. Clause 4011 provides for the circumstance where an applicant is affected by the risk factor specified in subclause 4011(2).
