REVOKE Legislative Instrument IMMI 12/047 signed on 12 June 2012 specifying temporary skilled migration income threshold and annual earnings; AND\n\n2. SPECIFY, for the purposes of paragraph 2.72(10)(cc) of the Regulations, that the temporary skilled migration income threshold is AUD 53,900; AND\n\n3.
