REVOKE the Instrument signed 23 June 2003 that specifies post office box and courier delivery addresses for the purposes of paragraph 1221(3)(a) of the Regulations.\n\n2. SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraph 1221(3)(a)(i):\n\nPerth Offshore Parents Centre\n\nLocked Bag 7\n\nNORTHBRIDGE WA 6865\n\n3.
