REVOKE Instrument IMMI 14/033 (F2014L00425) signed on 15 April 2014, specifying circumstances in which a credit card surcharge is waived or refunded.\n\n2. SPECIFY the following circumstances for paragraph 5.41A(4)(a):\n\n(a) where a credit card surcharge is levied against payment made using local currency when clients make a credit card payment in Singapore and New Zealand; and  \n\n3.
