Andrew Giles MP\n\nMinister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs\n\n1 Name\n\nThis instrument is the Migration (Fees for assessment of qualifications and experience) Instrument (LIN 23/002) 2023.\n\n2 Commencement\n\nThis instrument commences on the day after registration of the instrument on the Federal Register of Legislation.\n\n3 Repeal\n\nMigration (Fees for assessment of qualifications and experience) Instrument (LIN 21/023) 2021 (LIN 21/023) is repealed.\n\n4 Savings and transitional provisions\n\n(1) If a person has:\n\n(a) applied to Trades Recognition Australia for a Job Ready Program Employment Assessment as referred to in item 4 of the table in section 3 of LIN 21/023 on or before the date three months prior to the commencement date of this instrument; and\n\n(b) has submitted their application and paid for a Job Ready Program Workplace Assessment as referred to in item 5 of the table in section 5 of this instrument on or before 30 September 2023;\n\nthen the fee for a Job Ready Program Workplace Assessment is the amount specified at item 5 of the table in section 3 of LIN 21/023 as in force immediately before the commencement date of this instrument.\n\n(2) The fee for an application for an assessment or internal review of an assessment made before the commencement of this instrument is the amount specified for the relevant assessment or internal review in LIN 21/023 as in force immediately before the commencement of this instrument.\n\n5 Fees for Trades Recognition Australia assessment\n\nFor paragraphs 5.40(1)(a) and (b) of the Regulations, the fee specified for an application to Trade Recognition Australia for an assessment mentioned in an item of the following table is the amount mentioned in that item for the assessment.\n\n| Item | Assessment                                                                            | Fee    |\n| ---- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------ |\n| 1    | Migration Skills Assessment                                                           | $795   |\n| 2    | Migration Points Advice (based on a satisfactory Migration Skills Assessment Outcome) | $450   |\n| 3    | Job Ready Program Provisional Skills Assessment                                       | $130   |\n| 4    | Job Ready Program Employment Assessment                                               | $490   |\n| 5    | Job Ready Program Workplace Assessment                                                | $2,845 |\n| 6    | Job Ready Program Final Assessment                                                    | $75    |\n| 7    | TSS Skills Assessment Program Documentary Evidence Assessment                         | $1,120 |\n| 8    | TSS Skills Assessment Program Documentary Evidence—Reassessment                       | $450   |\n| 9    | TSS Skills Assessment Program Technical Interview—Pathway 1                           | $2,000 |\n| 10   | TSS Skills Assessment Program Technical Interview—Pathway 1 – Reassessment            | $1,000 |\n| 11   | TSS Skills Assessment Program Technical Interview—Pathway 2                           | $900   |\n| 12   | TSS Skills Assessment Program Technical Interview—Pathway 2 -
