This Determination may be cited as the Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery Fishing Year Determination 2013.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. Terms used in this Determination that are defined for the purposes of the Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery Management Plan 2006 have the same meaning in this Determination as they have in that Plan.\n\nNotes: 1. Terms defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991 have the same meanings in this Determination.\n\nDetermination of fishing year\n\n4.
