These types of restrictions are common in Western Australia and the Northern Territory as part of broader strategies to address community safety and health issues. The regulations automatically expire on 10 October 2035 unless repealed earlier.\n\n**Technical note:** The regulations also update another set of rules (the *Liquor Control Regulations 1989*) to ensure the offences under these regulations are properly recorded in the state's liquor licensing system."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/liquor-control-kadjina-restricted-area-regulations-2020","history":"/api/acts/liquor-control-kadjina-restricted-area-regulations-2020/history","analysis":"/api/acts/liquor-control-kadjina-restricted-area-regulations-2020/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/liquor-control-kadjina-restricted-area-regulations-2020/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/liquor-control-kadjina-restricted-area-regulations-2020/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/liquor-control-kadjina-restricted-area-regulations-2020/documents"}}
