The\nchanges are made if the Parliamentary Counsel considers they are desirable to bring the law into\nline, or more closely into line, with current legislative drafting practice.\nThis republication does not include amendments made under part 11.3 (see endnote 1).\nUncommenced provisions and amendments\nIf a provision of the republished law has not commenced, the symbol U appears immediately\nbefore the provision heading. It prescribes required identifiers (name, year, notification number), authorising law and provision, signatories, dates, and electronic-copy and certification rules. It matters because it creates a single administrative process that agencies must follow to get instruments officially recorded and published, affecting drafting workflow and compliance costs."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/legislation-regulation-2003","history":"/api/acts/legislation-regulation-2003/history","analysis":"/api/acts/legislation-regulation-2003/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/legislation-regulation-2003/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/legislation-regulation-2003/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/legislation-regulation-2003/documents"}}
