Plan No. 59484 (s.2, Schedule). It also permits the route to be deviated up to five miles on either side of the scheduled line (s.3). The measure changes legal authority to build and alter the route; it does not specify funding, land acquisition procedures, or operational details, which remain subject to the Public Works Act 1902 and administrative decisions."},"issue_detection":{"absurdities":[],"contradictions":[]},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated. Railway extension acts of this era typically dealt with:\n- Authorising construction of new rail infrastructure\n- Compulsorily acquiring (forcibly purchasing) land needed for the railway corridor\n- Setting out funding and governance arrangements\n- Defining the route and boundaries of the railway\n\n**Who would it affect?** Historically, landowners along the proposed route, the State railway authority, and industries (likely mining/timber) in the Jarrahdale area which was known for bauxite and timber operations.\n\n*No reliable legal analysis can be provided without access to the actual legislation text.*"},"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The legislation remains tightly focused on its original purpose: authorising a specific railway extension with a defined route. Before the 1970s, each railway line or extension typically required its own Act. This particular extension would have served the timber industry around Jarrahdale and potentially enabled further development in the area."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/kwinana-mundijong-jarrahdale-railway-extension-act-1967","history":"/api/acts/kwinana-mundijong-jarrahdale-railway-extension-act-1967/history","analysis":"/api/acts/kwinana-mundijong-jarrahdale-railway-extension-act-1967/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/kwinana-mundijong-jarrahdale-railway-extension-act-1967/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/kwinana-mundijong-jarrahdale-railway-extension-act-1967/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/kwinana-mundijong-jarrahdale-railway-extension-act-1967/documents"}}
