This Act may be cited as the International Grains Arrangement Act 1967.\n\nCommencement.\n\n2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.\n\nDefinitions.\n\n3. In this Act—\n\n“the Food Aid Convention” means the Food Aid Convention that forms part of the International Grains Arrangement, 1967;\n\n“the International Grains Arrangement, 1967” means the arrangement comprising the Wheat Trade Convention, the Food Aid Convention and the associated Preamble adopted by resolution of the International Wheat Conference, 1967, at its final plenary meeting at Rome on the eighteenth day of August, One thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven;\n\n“the Wheat Trade Convention” means the Wheat Trade Convention that forms part of the International Grains Arrangement, 1967.\n\nApproval of signature and acceptance of Arrangement.\n\n4.
