It authorises Commonwealth grant funding to promote the AMAG logo, encourage purchase of products carrying it, subsidise the logo licence fee, and fund internet/TV/radio promotion (s5(1)–(2)). The Commonwealth pays via grants; the Minister/agency decides grant allocation (s3). Reducing licence costs creates an incentive for businesses to adopt the logo (s5(2)(c)); s6 invokes federal IP and communications powers to support delivery."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-australian-made-makes-australia-program-instrument-2025","history":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-australian-made-makes-australia-program-instrument-2025/history","analysis":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-australian-made-makes-australia-program-instrument-2025/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-australian-made-makes-australia-program-instrument-2025/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-australian-made-makes-australia-program-instrument-2025/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-australian-made-makes-australia-program-instrument-2025/documents"}}
