The instrument also specifies the constitutional powers that allow the federal government to run this program: the power over communications services (like internet and phone services) and the 'external affairs' power related to Australia's international human rights obligations, particularly the right to health and wellbeing."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-ahead-for-business-program-instrument-2021","history":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-ahead-for-business-program-instrument-2021/history","analysis":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-ahead-for-business-program-instrument-2021/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-ahead-for-business-program-instrument-2021/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-ahead-for-business-program-instrument-2021/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/industry-research-and-development-ahead-for-business-program-instrument-2021/documents"}}
