Grants support voluntary industry-led product stewardship and pilot projects that apply circular-economy approaches (reuse, recycling, waste reduction) across product lifecycles. It affects textile businesses and grant recipients and aims to reduce textile waste and pollution by helping the sector transition to cleaner, circular practices."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
