It specifies the classes of temporary visas that are eligible for English courses. The instrument also repeals the Immigration (Education) (Specification of temporary visas) Instrument (LIN 21/013) 2021.\n\nThe determination includes a table that sets out 18 items. These cover a range of temporary visas. Examples are the Bridging F visa subclass 060, business skills provisional visas in subclasses 160 to 165 and 188, partner provisional visa subclass 309, interdependency provisional visa subclass 310, dependent child visa subclass 445, temporary safe haven visa subclass 449, various skilled provisional visas for regional areas in subclasses 475, 487, 489, 491, 494 and 495, temporary protection visa subclass 785, temporary humanitarian concern visa subclass 786, safe haven enterprise visa subclass 790, partner temporary visa subclass 820 and resolution of status temporary visa subclass 850.\n\nThis determination affects holders of these temporary visas.
