REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 12/038 (F2012L01288), signed on 12 June 2012, specifying temporary visas for the purposes of subparagraph 4A(a)(ii) of the Act; AND\n\n2. SPECIFY, for the purposes of subparagraph 4A(a)(ii) of the Act, the following classes of temporary visas:\n\n(a) Bridging F (Class WF);\n\n(b) Business Skills (Provisional) (Class UR);\n\n(c) Business Skills (Provisional) (Class EB);\n\n(d) Interdependency (Provisional) (Class UG);\n\n(e) Partner (Provisional) (Class UF);\n\n(f) Partner (Temporary) (Class UK);\n\n(g) Resolution of Status (Temporary) (Class UH);\n\n(h) Safe Haven Enterprise (Class XE);\n\n(i) Skilled – Designated Area-sponsored (Provisional) (Class UZ);\n\n(j) Skilled – Independent Regional (Provisional) (Class UX);\n\n(k) Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Subclass 475);\n\n(l) Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Subclass 487);\n\n(m) Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Subclass 489);\n\n(n) Temporary (Humanitarian Concern) (Class UO); and\n\n(o) Temporary Protection (Class XD).\n\nThis Instrument commences on 1 July 2015.\n\nDated 25 June 2015 Simon Birmingham\n\nAssistant Minister for Education and Training\n\n\\[NOTE: Subparagraph 4A(a)(ii) of the Act provides that a person is eligible for English courses if he or she is in Australia and holds a temporary visa of a class specified in a legislative instrument made by the Minister.\\]","sortOrder":1}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":1995},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This instrument replaces the 2012 specification with the same fundamental purpose—listing which temporary visa holders qualify for English courses under the Act.
