Ltd. as Trustee for the HETC Trust (ACN: 140 756 510 ABN: 68 139 417 497) as a VET provider in accordance with subclause 6(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and\n\n(b) note that this approval decides the application of Harvest Education Technical College Pty. Ltd. as Trustee for the HETC Trust as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and\n\n(c) hereby give Harvest Education Technical College Pty.
