Ltd. (ACN: 084 423 585 ABN: 73 084 423 585) as a VET provider in accordance with subclause 6(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and\n\n(b) note that this approval decides the application of Smart City Vocational College Pty. Ltd. as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and\n\n(c) hereby give Smart City Vocational College Pty.
