Ltd. ABN: 68 127 999 160 as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A to HESA; and\n\n(b) note that this approval decides the application of Gurkhas Institute of Technology Pty. Ltd. as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and\n\n(c) hereby give Gurkhas Institute of Technology Pty.
