Ltd. as trustee for Holmes Institute Trust (ACN: 112 115 643 ABN: 18 947 107 893) as a VET provider in accordance with subclause 6(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and\n\n(b) note that this approval decides the application of Holmes Institute Pty. Ltd. as trustee for Holmes Institute Trust as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and\n\n(c) hereby give Holmes Institute Pty.
