Consenting patients healthcare records will be reviewed and data extracted to determine the percentage of healthcare encounters at which Australians receive evidence based care for 50 common conditions. Semi-structured interviews with a sub-set of patients and healthcare providers will be conducted to examine the drivers of healthcare practice and to demonstrate the feasibility of applying the CareTrack Australia methology.
