This Act may be cited as the Geophysical Survey Act 1928.\n\nDefinition.\n\n2. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears—\n\n“the Trust Account” means the Trust Account established in pursuance of this Act.\n\nGeophysical Survey Trust Account.\n\n3.—(1.) For the purpose of this Act there shall be a Trust Account which shall be known as the Geophysical Survey Trust Account.\n\n(2.) The Trust Account shall be a Trust Account for the purposes of section sixty-two a of the Audit Act 1901–1926.\n\nPayments to Trust Account.\n\n4. There shall be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is hereby appropriated accordingly, to the credit of the Trust Account, an amount not exceeding Twenty thousand pounds.\n\nPayments from Trust Account.\n\n5.
