To ensure compatibility with your engine, consult your engine manufacturer.”; or\n\n (b) “Contains y% paraffinic diesel. To ensure compatibility with your engine, consult your engine manufacturer.”\n\n  Where:\n\nx is no less than the percentage of paraffinic diesel in the conventional diesel/paraffinic diesel blend; and\n\ny is the percentage of paraffinic diesel in the conventional diesel/paraffinic diesel blend.\n\n6  Other supplies of paraffinic diesel and conventional diesel/paraffinic diesel blends\n\n (1) This section specifies:\n\n (a) the information about paraffinic diesel and conventional diesel/paraffinic diesel blends that should be provided with the supply of paraffinic diesel and conventional diesel/paraffinic diesel blends other than from a service station; and\n\n (b) the way in which that information should be provided.\n\n (2) At the time of the supply, the recipient of the paraffinic diesel or conventional diesel/paraffinic diesel blend must be given a document that prominently displays:\n\n (a) a statement that the paraffinic diesel or conventional diesel/paraffinic diesel blend has a density lower than conventional diesel; and\n\n (b) a statement that the fuel is the subject of this instrument.\n\n \n","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
