Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument.\n\n3  Authority\n\n  This instrument is made under the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.\n\n4  Definitions\n\nNote: Paragraph 13(1)(b) of the Legislation Act 2003 has the effect that expressions have the same meaning in this instrument as in the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015 as in force from time to time.\n\n  In this instrument:\n\nthe Act means the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.\n\nPart 2—Determination of amount to be credited to the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) special account for 2021-22\n\n5  Crediting of amounts to the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) special account\n\n  Under subsection 8(1) of the Act, an amount of $1,072,000,000 is specified to be credited to the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) special account on the day this instrument commences for the 2021-22 financial year.\n","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
