Citation\n\nThis order is the *Fitzroy Crossing Water Reserve Order 2009*.\n\n##### 2. Commencement\n\nThis order comes into operation as follows —\n\n(a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the *Gazette*;\n\n(b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day.\n\n##### 3. Fitzroy Crossing Water Reserve boundary altered\n\nThe boundaries of the water reserve called the Fitzroy Crossing Water Reserve are altered from those —\n\n(a) shown bordered ~~_________~~ on the Department of Water plan 4573; and\n\n(b) constituted and defined by Order in Council published in the *Gazette* 27 March 1975,\n\nto those —\n\n(c) shown bordered in bold, enclosing a variety of shaded areas, on the Department of Water plan 4573; and\n\n(d) outlined by means of coordinates annexed to that plan.\n\n##### 4.
