Citation\n\n1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (South East Trawl Fishery Levy Refund) Regulations.\n\n\\[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48\\]\n\n  \n\n2. Interpretation\n\n2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\n“prescribed unit of fishing capacity” means a unit of fishing capacity prescribed by the Fisheries Levy (South East Trawl Fishery) Regulations.\n\n3. Refund\n\n3. A person who paid a levy of $90.60 under paragraph 5 (bc) of the Fisheries Levy Act 1984 on the allocation of a prescribed unit of fishing capacity on or after 30 April 1990 but before 31 May 1991 is entitled to a refund of $33.46 for each unit on which the levy was paid.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n1.
