The Parliament must consider the Determination before it can take effect, and either House may pass a resolution disallowing the Determination. If neither House passes such a resolution, the Determination takes effect on the day immediately after the last day upon which such a resolution could have been passed.\n\n3 Variation\n\nSchedule 1 varies the determination entitled Determination 1999/01, which established the Centrelink Special Account.\n\n4 Abolition\n\nThe Centrelink Special Account is abolished with effect from the time at which:\n\n(a) Schedule 1 has taken effect; and\n\n(b) the balance of the appropriation for the Centrelink Special Account reaches zero.\n\nSchedule 1 Variation\n\n(section 3)\n\nDo not delete : Schedule Part Placeholder\n\n\\[1\\] Part (b), after the dot point\n\ninsert\n\n-   to credit amounts to the Commonwealth Social Services Special Account.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2010},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The instrument precisely matches its stated purpose in the title.
