Lenders cannot simply move to repossess farm land without first going through a genuine negotiation process. This gives financially stressed farmers time and opportunity to reach a workable arrangement — such as restructuring the debt, agreeing on a repayment plan, or negotiating a managed sale — before the worst happens."},"issue_detection":{"absurdities":[],"contradictions":[]},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
