This determination may be cited as the Family Assistance (Household Organisational Management Expenses (HOME) Advice Program) Determination 2004.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This determination takes effect at the end of the period in which it could be disallowed in either House of the Parliament.\n\nDefinitions\n\n3. In this Determination:\n\nAct means the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999.\n\nHOME Advice Program means the Household Organisational Management Expenses (HOME) Advice Program.\n\nprotected information has the meaning given by subsection 3(1) of the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999.\n\nPurpose\n\n4.
