This Determination may be cited as the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery Actual Live Weight Value of a Statutory Fishing Right Determination 2016.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on 30 November 2015.\n\nCessation\n\n3. This Determination is repealed on 1 December 2016 unless earlier revoked.\n\nInterpretation\n\n4. Terms used in this Determination that are defined for the purposes of the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery Management Plan 1995 (the Plan) have the same meanings in this Determination as they have in the Plan.\n\nNotes: 1. Terms defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991 have the same meanings in this Determination.\n\nDetermination of the actual live weight value of a statutory fishing right\n\n5.
