ATTENDANCE AT A SEMINAR, WORKSHOP, CONFERENCE OR LECTURE)\n\nMARA NOTICE MN31-08c OF 2008\n\nThe Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:\n\n(1) REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Attendance at a Seminar, Workshop, Conference or Lecture) MARA Notice MN27-08c of 2008, published on 1/07/2008; and\n\n(2) SPECIFIES the attendance at a seminar, workshop, conference or lecture described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in the attached Schedule as an approved activity for the purposes of that clause:\n\n(a) with the status specified in column 4; and\n\n(b) having the value specified in column 5; and\n\n(c) with the level specified in column 6.\n\n \n\nThis notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.\n\nDate of making 1/08/2008.\n\nVenie Ann Moser Authorised Officer for the:\n\nMigration Agents Registration Authority\n\n\\[Note: (1) Clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the
