ATTENDANCE AT A SEMINAR, WORKSHOP, CONFERENCE OR LECTURE)\n\nMARA NOTICE MN49-05c OF 2005\n\nThe Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:\n\n(1) REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Attendance at a Seminar, Workshop, Conference or Lecture) MARA Notice MN43-05c of 2005, published on 17/10/2005; and\n\n(2) SPECIFIES the attendance at a seminar, workshop, conference or lecture described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in the attached Schedule as an approved activity for the purposes of that clause:\n\n(a) with the status specified in column 4; and\n\n(b) having the value specified in column 5.\n\n(3) SETS AS A REQUIREMENT for the completion of the activity described in columns 2 and 3, that the activity be completed at a time when the participant has previously satisfied the requirements, as specified in column 6 as follows:\n\n| Term used in Column 6 | of the activity:4 years or more experience as a registered migration agent; orcompleted level 2 activities giving 20 or more CPD points; orcompleted level 1 activities giving 60 or more CPD points; orcompleted 60 or more approved CPD activities with an item number in the 1 to 99,000 series; orbeen approved by the Authority as eligible to complete activities at level 3. |\n\nThis notice has
