This Determination may be cited as the ETBF Fishing Season Determination 2011.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. A term used in this Determination has the meaning given to it in the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2010.\n\nDetermination of the fishing season\n\n4.
