Commencement4\nThis Act comes into operation as follows —5\n(a) sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act6\nreceives the Royal Assent;7\n(b) the rest of the Act — when the Electricity Industry8\nAmendment (Capital Charges) Act 2026 section 4 comes9\ninto operation.10\n3.
