Amendments updated core definitions (renewable energy source and capacity) and the FiT entitlement framework (see amendment history entries for ss 6, 7, 9, 10, 11). Later additions introduced a cost recovery regime allowing the ACT electricity distributor to pass reasonable costs to retailers and set out ministerial determination processes (ss 20A–20D, inserted 2017), and strengthened reporting, audit and review powers (ss 21, 21A, pt 5A).
