This Determination may be cited as 2009 ETBF TAE Determination.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. A term used in this Determination takes the meaning given to it in the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005.  \n\nDetermination of Total Allowable Effort\n\n4.
