They tell police, courts and agencies exactly which orders count for cross‑jurisdictional recognition. This matters to people subject to or protected by DVOs and to agencies that must recognise and share DVO information, because it reduces legal uncertainty but creates administrative reliance on accurate mappings and information-sharing arrangements."},"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The regulations remain tightly scoped to their original purpose: operationalising the national recognition scheme by listing corresponding interstate laws and specific order types. These regulations ensure the national 'recognition' system actually works by defining exactly which orders from which states trigger automatic enforcement."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/domestic-violence-orders-national-recognition-regulations-2017","history":"/api/acts/domestic-violence-orders-national-recognition-regulations-2017/history","analysis":"/api/acts/domestic-violence-orders-national-recognition-regulations-2017/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/domestic-violence-orders-national-recognition-regulations-2017/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/domestic-violence-orders-national-recognition-regulations-2017/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/domestic-violence-orders-national-recognition-regulations-2017/documents"}}
