It lists specific joint and service-level positions (Navy, Army, Air Force), repeals the previous 2019/1 instrument and takes effect the day after registration. The practical effect is that only the listed officers may exercise the statutory powers tied to prohibited-substance rules for members, concentrating decision-making in specified senior offices."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/defence-determination-prohibited-substances-authorised-persons-2019-2","history":"/api/acts/defence-determination-prohibited-substances-authorised-persons-2019-2/history","analysis":"/api/acts/defence-determination-prohibited-substances-authorised-persons-2019-2/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/defence-determination-prohibited-substances-authorised-persons-2019-2/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/defence-determination-prohibited-substances-authorised-persons-2019-2/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/defence-determination-prohibited-substances-authorised-persons-2019-2/documents"}}
