Cheques drawn on an account referred to in section 23 of the Act shall be signed—\n\n(a) in the case of such an account with a bank in Melbourne, by any two of the following:—\n\n(i) the Chairman of the Board;\n\n(ii) a member of the Board;\n\n(iii) the General Secretary of the Board; and\n\n(iv) an officer of the Board nominated by the Board;\n\n(b) in the case of such an account with a bank in London, by the following:—\n\n(i) a representative of the Board in London; and\n\n(ii) the Accountant of the Board in London; and\n\n(c) in the case of such an account with a bank in Japan, by the following:—\n\n(i) a representative of the Board in Japan; and\n\n(ii) the Assistant Manager (Administration) of the Board in Japan.\n\n\\* Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on , 1966.\n\n† Statutory Rules 1960, No. 82.\n\nBy Authority: A.
