No. 43.\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CHARGES ACT 1924-1929.\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Export Charges Act 1924-1929, to come into operation on the twenty-fifth day of March, 1929.\n\nDated this nineteenth day of April, 1929.\n\nSTONEHAVEN\n\nGovernor-General.\n\nBy His Excellency’s Command,\n\nT. PATERSON\n\nMinister of State for Markets and Transport.\n\nAmendment of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations.\n\n(Statutory Rules 1925, No. 92, as amended to this date.)\n\nAfter regulation 3 of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—\n\nPayment of moneys to certain officers.\n\n“4. Any moneys payable in accordance with section three of the Act shall be paid to the undermentioned officers:—\n\nNew South Wales—Collector of Public Moneys, Department of Markets and Transport, Sydney.\n\nVictoria—Collector of Public Moneys, Department of Markets and Transport, Melbourne.\n\nQueensland—Collector of Public Moneys, Department of Markets and Transport, Brisbane.\n\nSouth Australia—Collector of Customs, Port Adelaide.\n\nWestern Australia—Collector of Customs, Fremantle.\n\nTasmania—Collector of Customs, Hobart.”\n\nBy Authority: H.
