(1) This Act may be cited as the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy (Termination of Levy) Act 1986.\n\n(2) The Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Act 19771 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. The provisions of this Act shall come into operation on the day on which the provisions of Part VI of the Dairy Produce Act 1986 come into operation.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub\\-section (1) the definition of “Advisory Committee”.\n\n  \n\nImposition of levy\n\n4. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of sub-section (1) “and before 1 July 1986”.\n\nRegulations\n\n5. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub\\-section (2) “, after consultation with the Advisory Committee,”.\n\nNOTE\n\n> Note: 1\\. No. 52, 1977, as amended.
