or\n\n (c) if the thickness is at least 0.6mm but does not exceed 1.50 mm—no greater than 6 W/kg.\n\nrelevant composition, in relation to goods, means the goods contain, by weight:\n\n (a) at least 0.9% but not greater than 1.15% of carbon; and\n\n (b) at least 0.5% but not greater than 2% of chromium; and\n\n (c) no greater than 0.5% of molybdenum (if any).\n\ntool steel means an alloy steel (other than stainless steel or high speed steel), containing, by weight, one of the following compositions, with or without other elements:\n\n (a) less than 0.6% of carbon, and:\n\n (i) at least 0.7% of silicon and at least 0.05% of vanadium; or\n\n (ii) at least 4% of tungsten;\n\n (b) both of the following:\n\n (i) at least 0.8% of carbon;\n\n (ii) at least 0.05% of vanadium;\n\n (c) both of the following:\n\n (i) greater than 1.2% of carbon;\n\n (ii) at least 11% but not greater than 15% of chromium;\n\n (d) all of the following:\n\n (i) at least 0.16% but not greater than 0.5% of carbon;\n\n (ii) at least 3.8% but not greater than 4.3% of nickel;\n\n (iii) at least 1.1% but not greater than 1.5% of chromium;\n\n (iv) at least 0.15% but not greater than 0.5% of molybdenum;\n\n (e) all of the following:\n\n (i) at least 0.3% but not greater than 0.5% of carbon;\n\n (ii) at least 1.4% but not greater than 2.1% of chromium;\n\n (iii) at least 0.15% but not greater than 0.5% of molybdenum;\n\n (iv) less than 1.2% of nickel;\n\n (f) at least 0.3% of carbon, and less than 5.2% of chromium, and:\n\n (i) at least 0.65% of molybdenum; or\n\n (ii) at least 0.4% of tungsten;\n\n (g) all of the following:\n\n (i) at least 0.5% but not greater than 0.6% of carbon; and\n\n (ii) at least 1.25% but not greater than 1.8% of nickel; and\n\n (iii) at least 0.5% but not greater than 1.2% of chromium; and\n\n (iv) at least 0.15% but not greater than 0.5% of molybdenum.\n\n (2) An expression used in this instrument has the meaning given by, or has a meaning affected by, any relevant Note, Subheading Note, or Additional Note to Chapter 72 or Chapter 73 of Schedule 3 of the Act.\n\n6  Suspension of preferential tariffs for certain UK originating goods\n\n (1) For the purposes of subsection 16A(1) of the Act:\n\n (a) safeguard goods covered by subsection (2) or (3) are specified;
