They don't create new crimes or penalties. Instead, they simply set out **how the government can tell someone that a \"Nazi symbol removal notice\" has been cancelled** (revoked).\n\n**Who it affects:**\n\n- **Police or authorised officers** who issue and cancel removal notices ordering people to take down Nazi symbols\n- **People who receive these notices** — the regulations ensure they can be properly informed if the notice is later revoked\n\n**Why it matters:**\n\nWhen the government issues an official order (like telling someone to remove a Nazi symbol), there needs to be a clear, legally valid way to cancel that order and notify the person. These regulations provide three approved methods for delivering that cancellation notice:\n\n- **Handing it to them directly** (or leaving it near them if they refuse)\n- **Delivering to a physical address they provided**\n- **Emailing or messaging to an electronic address they provided**\n\nThis ensures procedural fairness — people must be properly informed when an order against them is lifted — and gives police flexibility in how they communicate."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
