These Regulations may be cited as the Crimes (Protection of Aircraft) Regulations.\n\nInterpretation\n\n2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\n“the Act” means the Crimes (Protection of Aircraft Act) 1973.\n\n  \n\nPrescribed airports for the purposes of section 7 of the Act\n\n3. For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the following airports are prescribed:\n\n(a) each airport, in Australia, that is specified in the Schedule; and\n\n(b) each airport, serving international civil aviation, that is outside Australia.\n\nSCHEDULE Regulation 3\n\nAIRPORTS\n\nAdelaide Airport\n\nBrisbane (Eagle Farm) Airport\n\nBroome Airport\n\nCairns Airport\n\nChristmas Island Airport\n\nCocos (Keeling) Islands Airport\n\nDarwin Airport\n\nHobart Airport\n\nLord Howe Island Airport\n\nMelbourne (Tullamarine) Airport\n\nNorfolk Island Airport\n\nPerth Airport\n\nPort Hedland Airport\n\nSydney (Kingsford-Smith) Airport\n\nThursday (Horn) Island Airport\n\nTownsville Airport\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n1.
