WRIEDT\n\nMinister of State for Agriculture.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nAmendments of the Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources) regulations†\n\nFees.\n\n1\\. Regulation 13 of the Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources) Regulations is amended—\n\n(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the words “ Subject to sub-regulation (3), for ” and substituting the word “ For ”; and\n\n(b) by omitting sub-regulation (3).\n\nSchedule.\n\n2\\. The Schedule to the Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources) Regulations is amended by omitting item 5.\n\nCommencement.\n\n3\\.
